Commercial relationships, including advertising and affiliate partnerships, do not influence RankMyMusic rankings. User rankings, community rankings, catalog data, ranking calculations, and scoring are independent from affiliate commissions.

Advertisers cannot buy ranking position. Merchants cannot buy ranking position. Affiliate availability does not determine catalog ranking. No artist receives a ranking advantage because RankMyMusic can monetize that artist.

RankMyMusic aims to keep commerce contextually relevant:

• album-page offers should relate to the specific album being viewed
• artist-page offers should relate to that artist

An affiliate relationship does not imply that an artist, record label, rights holder, retailer, or other third party endorses RankMyMusic unless explicitly stated.

Purchases are completed on third-party websites and are subject to the merchant's own terms and privacy practices. When you leave RankMyMusic via an affiliate link, you are subject to the third party's terms and privacy policy.
